“My daughter, Dayna, who has some learning differences struggles in school with asking questions. She looks forward to tutoring and has the laptop open 30 minutes prior. 1-1 helps her feel like she can be herself and can be free to ask questions. This is a miracle for me! My daughter can open up more and get more help and for me, this is something beautiful. I am elated that she can get help. She doesn’t feel smart in school and I didn’t know how she learns but now I can see how tutor Monica does it, and I feel better equipped to help my child. I know this will help her in life. Right now, everything is perfect! I will keep encouraging my child to speak up for herself. After the most recent tutoring session, she said, “Mom class was so good!” I felt like I could finally breathe.”

“Sindy is always very organized with her tutoring sessions. Also, she is always there to answer any questions that my daughter has. She seems very experienced and that’s very assuring knowing that there is some supplemental help outside of school that Frisbie is providing because with work and the language barrier it is a little difficult to help [Leslie] myself. I’m happy that this program is helping my daughter get back on track in school especially in Language Arts.”

“Tutoring, I feel like, has made school more fun for [Keiry]. School isn’t her strong suit, but Sindy’s methods make school work more engaging. Also, the sessions provide time for help with school that I am sometimes unable to provide. I would definitely recommend the tutoring to any parents who want to see their kids excel in school. My father is a lot more motivated because of the sessions and because of the encouragement she gets from [Sindy].”
